Catena Media recently announced the establishment of a multi-year partnership with Advance Local’s NJ.com, which is a big media deal in North America.
NJ.com, a news and information website, is owned by Advance Local, a digital media company that specializes in online casinos and sports betting.
Catena thinks that its new collaboration will increase the audience’s access to top-notch digital content for iGaming and online sports betting.
According to Catena, authors from the company will now create betting material and promote a culture of responsible gambling on NJ.com.
“This is a forward-looking opportunity for Catena Media, allowing our sports betting expertise to directly engage with a bigger audience in the New Jersey market and nationwide,” said Dustin Gouker, Catena’s North American Vice-President for Content Operations.
Our mission is to educate readers about sports betting and online casino products and to support the development of a responsible and productive gaming culture.
According to the agreement, Catena will be in charge of all content published on NJ.com and divide profits among all stakeholders. Catena anticipates that the agreement will start making money in Q3 2022.
Howard Kamen, vice president of sports betting and iGaming for Advance Local, stated: “Sports betting and online casino gaming are rapidly evolving in New Jersey and beyond. This partnership with Catena Media is a fantastic way for us to engage our readers with top-notch content and help them better understand the landscape.”
One of the largest agreements the affiliate has ever made in North America, as it moves from Europe to the US, is the decision to work with Advance Local.
