BetMGM has extended its partnership with the National Football League (NFL) for a multi-year period, becoming one of the league’s Official Sportsbook Partners in Canada.
BetMGM was one of the first operators to launch in Ontario, with its online sports betting and iGaming platforms going live in April 2022.
BetMGM now has the rights to use official NFL marks in Canada and advertise on NFL-operated digital platforms throughout the region as part of the expanded agreement. The operator will also provide exclusive NFL experiences to Canadian customers.
“Expanding our partnership with the NFL into Canada opens the door to incredible opportunities as we kick off the upcoming football season,” BetMGM CEO Adam Greenblatt said. “We’re already seeing a lot of interest from our customers in Ontario, and this collaboration truly elevates the BetMGM experience.”
The partnership extension supplements the operator’s existing agreement with the NFL in the United States. In 2021, the company was designated as an NFL Approved Sportsbook Operator, allowing it to run in-game television advertisements throughout the season.

BetMGM and MGM Resorts renewed and expanded their multi-year partnership with Major League Baseball (MLB) last month, with BetMGM continuing to serve as MLB’s official sports betting partner.
The agreement allows the operator to market its brand across a variety of MLB league and digital channels.
