In order to focus on social responsibility and improve service, the Softswiss Managed Services Anti-Fraud team completed a GamCare-led course.
The course, titled ‘Social Responsibility, Communication, and Motivating Behaviour Change,’ was attended by Softswiss responsible gambling specialists, shift leads, and managers.
The training was designed to help the Anti-Fraud team develop more proactive approaches to dealing with gambling-related harm, as well as raise awareness of safer gambling issues.

Anastasia Vyshinskaia, Head of Managed Services at Softswiss, stated, “Our team is always striving to improve their knowledge and put it into practice right away.”

“The GamCare course is no exception: the Anti-Fraud team learned how to handle clients’ inquiries about gambling-related issues and risks, as well as how to build communication based on people’s behavior.”

“At Softswiss, we strive for perfection in our service and care about our clients because security and expertise are at the heart of what we do.”

Anti-Fraud Support is one of six Softswiss Managed Services divisions that support B2C client services for online casino and sports betting brands.

In Q1, the Anti-Fraud team resolved over 75 major complaints about suspicious online casino activity, saving a total of €2.8m ($2.81m).

This week, Softswiss announced a partnership with Praxis Tech as the supplier seeks to expand globally.

Through the agreement, Softswiss gained access to Praxis’s portfolio of over 510 payment service providers and over 1,000 alternative payment methods, allowing it to enter a number of new markets via additional payment options.
