In order to focus on social responsibility and improve service, the Softswiss Managed Services Anti-Fraud team completed a GamCare-led course.
The course, titled ‘Social Responsibility, Communication, and Motivating Behaviour Change,’ was attended by Softswiss responsible gambling specialists, shift leads, and managers.
The training was designed to help the Anti-Fraud team develop more proactive approaches to dealing with gambling-related harm, as well as raise awareness of safer gambling issues.
Anastasia Vyshinskaia, Head of Managed Services at Softswiss, stated, “Our team is always striving to improve their knowledge and put it into practice right away.”
“The GamCare course is no exception: the Anti-Fraud team learned how to handle clients’ inquiries about gambling-related issues and risks, as well as how to build communication based on people’s behavior.”
“At Softswiss, we strive for perfection in our service and care about our clients because security and expertise are at the heart of what we do.”
