Mohegan has been named to Forbes’ list of the “Best-in-State Employers 2022.”
The most important aspects of the evaluation were direct and indirect employee recommendations: they were asked to rate the likelihood of recommending their own employers to friends and family, and they were also asked to evaluate other employers in the same industry.
The survey was conducted independently and was based on a sample of approximately 70,000 Americans working for companies with more than 500 employees in the United States, representing 25 industries.
Forbes bestows the “Best-in-State Employers” award, and the list was released on August 24, 2022.
“We’re honored to see Mohegan named among the best employers in Connecticut,” said Ray Pineault, President and CEO of Mohegan. The workplace culture at Mohegan is guided by our core values and the ‘Spirit of Aquai,’ which has created a strong and secure working environment for our team members that will last for generations to come.
“The Spirit of Aquai is a centuries-old guiding philosophy that pervades every level of Mohegan operations.” This enables employees to create a warm and welcoming environment for exceptional hospitality and guest experience – and we are thrilled to receive such widespread recognition.”
Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority released financial results for the company’s third fiscal quarter, which ended 30 June 2022, earlier in August.
