The Atlanta Braves, in collaboration with its official fantasy sports provider StatHero, have launched the StatHero $20,000 Challenge.
This collaboration with StatHero aims to bring a new level of fan engagement to the Atlanta Braves. Fans can earn discounts, free tickets, autographed items, and VIP experiences by unlocking various prizes. The grand prize is a “once-in-a-lifetime” opportunity to spend five nights at the Braves Fantasy Camp.
StatHero bills itself as the market’s only hybrid fantasy sports and sports gaming platform that “makes winning consistently a reality.” The company was founded in 2018, and CEO Jason Jaramillo will be a guest on the GI Huddle in the near future.
“The Braves are always looking for new, innovative ways of engaging with our fans,” said Jim Allen, Atlanta Braves Senior VP of Premium and Corporate Partnerships.
“This new partnership with StatHero allows us to immerse our fans in the action on the field, giving them a greater stake not only in the outcome of the game but also in the performance of their favorite players in a simple, easy, and fun way.”
“We brought StatHero to market to give players a real shot at winning consistently in sports gaming,” J.R. Werner, StatHero’s Head of Partnerships, added. Our rapid expansion and high player winning percentages are the result of our simple, non-threatening gameplay.
“It’s fantastic to be able to reimagine that and give it to an innovative leader like the Braves so they can engage and reward their fans on such a personal level.”
