Mindway AI, Better Change, and Gordon Moody have joined forces to create a new global support network for players who are most vulnerable to problem gambling.
Initially developed by Gordon Moody, the new network will also provide support to operators on gambling-related harm issues through the use of an online learning platform with a customizable structure, thereby providing staff with the tools needed to deal with addiction.
The three companies involved are committed to preventing problem gambling in the industry, as stated by Matthew Hickey, CEO of Gordon Moody’s, in a statement about the collaboration: “Demand for our services has increased significantly this year, with applications up 123%, demonstrating our commitment to tackling gambling addiction together and ensuring our service users have access to the right treatment, in the right place, at the right time.”

Meanwhile, Better Change Founder Victoria Reed stated, “Better Change has always prided themselves on working with like-minded organizations.” We believe that collaboration is essential in order to truly impact individuals and make gambling as safe as possible for all.

“Gordon Moody’s decades of experience in treating gambling harm, combined with Mindway AI’s expert technology and innovation, is perfectly complemented by Better Change’s consultancy and industry experience, allowing us to truly deliver tangible change in the industry, and we can’t wait to grow and develop a global network.”

Finally, Mindway AI CEO Rasmus Kjaergaard stated, “We see industry collaboration between different types of organizations as an important part of our mission to empower gambling operators to improve player protection.” This is why we agreed to participate in this global network initiative, bringing our sophisticated RG solutions and services to the network.
