Bet365 has announced the launch of its sportsbook in Colorado, with an introductory offer of ‘Bet $1, Get $200 in Free Bets.’
It is bet365’s second state, following New Jersey, and comes just in time for the start of the new American football season next week.
A bet365 spokesperson said of the launch, “We’re delighted to announce that the world’s favorite online sports betting brand will now be available to sports fans in Colorado.” The season-opening NFL weekend will give new and eligible customers the chance to try out bet365’s market-leading in-play product while also taking advantage of our unrivaled new customer offer.”
As an industry titan, bet365 has taken a cautious approach in the rapidly expanding US market, which has surprised many, as other sportsbook operators such as FanDuel, DraftKings, and BetMGM have all aggressively targeted new markets.
Kansas is the most recent state to allow online sports betting, with several sportsbooks offering players the opportunity to wager on sporting events following the 1 September launch date. While Massachusetts recently legalized sports betting after the state house and senate passed the bill into law on the final day of their session before the summer recess,
In other news, bet365 recently introduced a new fantasy football product in the United Kingdom. Last month, the operator notified its customer base of the launch and encouraged them to sign up ahead of the new Premier League season.
