Playtech has strengthened its relationship with Buzz Bingo by introducing a new wallet integration.
A single wallet instance will now connect Buzz Bingo’s entire retail and online business, powered by Playtech’s information management solution (IMS) platform.
According to Playtech, this is the culmination of a long-term project that supports its “ONE vision.”

“Our team and everyone at Buzz Bingo have put in a tremendous amount of effort to achieve seamless single wallet connectivity across all retail and online operations.”

Customers will be able to use a single account to play bingo, slots, and other games with the new wallet.
Funds can be deposited online and used in a physical club, or deposited in a retail location and used for online play, or vice versa. Likewise, customers’ winnings can be withdrawn in-person at any Buzz venue.
The new wallet also enables cross-channel customer relationship management (CRM) activities through the use of the Playtech Engagement Centre toolset.
