Sky Racing World has announced a new agreement with Arena Racing Company, which will expand its content offering by incorporating wagering pools for greyhound racing from the United States into the pools it offers in the United Kingdom.
The agreement now allows UK bettors to wager on greyhound racing in the United States, while US players will have access to UK wagering pools through Advance-Deposit Wagering (ADW).
“We are proud to introduce the simulcast of UK Greyhound racing to the USA,” said David Haslett, CEO of Sky Racing World, of the new deal. “We believe the commingling of pools will provide a boost to wagering play, which will benefit handicappers and the UK Greyhound Racing Industry.”

The live races will be available with a subscription on the Sky Racing World App and the Sky Racing World website; however, people will be able to watch past events for free.

Meanwhile, ARC’s Director of Media Technology and Production, Mark Kingston, stated, “We are delighted to work with Sky Racing World in this new partnership, which will showcase our high-quality Greyhound product to customers in the United States.” We will provide a number of benefits to punters in both the United States and the United Kingdom, including increased liquidity in the pools.”

Sky Racing World’s portfolio has expanded in recent years, with the broadcaster now offering live Argentinian horseracing in the UK since January – following a deal to combine the international wagering pools – as well as Australian Greyhound racing.
